THE CHALLENGE:
Create a variety of video content for Ripon College's annual giving day #OneDayRally. Ensure that video content covers a wide array of purposes related to both donor solicitation and stewardship.

THE SOLUTION:
Focus on a content approach that allows for adaptation each year based one the events themes and goals. Create customized workflows and content styles that use resources more efficiently and allow for more content to be produced.
"SPECIAL CONNECTIONS OF RIPON COLLEGE" VIDEOS
One of the key marketing points of Ripon College has always been the special relationships that are formed on campus between faculty and students. We hear so many stories each year from alumni about how a faculty or staff member shaped their life. So for our annual giving day in 2020, we decided to highlight and capture some of those stories.

To reach the widest audience, we selected the participants based not just on the quality of connection, but with the goal of covering many areas of the college as well. Each student returning was given an outline to follow for their letter to ensure they could be edited together, but still allow for genuine content and flow.
